The Klenn.ua online store offers convenient shipping and payment options for customers throughout Ukraine.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Nova Poshta, one of the leading delivery services in Ukraine.
You may choose one of the following delivery methods:
- Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch;
- Delivery to a Nova Poshta parcel locker;
- Courier delivery to your specified address.
Shipping costs are calculated according to Nova Poshta's current rates and are paid by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Estimated delivery time is typically 1–5 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on the destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

1. Bank Transfer

Please note that Nova Poshta may charge an additional fee for processing Cash on Delivery payments according to its current rates.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days after payment confirmation or after an order has been successfully placed using the Cash on Delivery option.
