The Klenn.ua online store processes returns and exchanges in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine and this Policy.
Return of Goods of Proper Quality
You have the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, excluding the day of delivery.
Returns or exchanges are possible provided that:
- the product has not been used;
- its original appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
- the original packaging, labels, and complete set are retained;
- proof of purchase is provided (receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or electronic receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of goods are not eligible for return or exchange if they are included in the list of non-returnable products established by applicable Ukrainian legislation.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If a product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during delivery, the customer may request:
- replacement with the same product;
- replacement with an equivalent product;
- a price reduction;
- a full refund.
To review the claim, the Seller may request photographs of the product and a description of the defect.

Shipping Costs
If the returned item is of proper quality, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, the return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed by the Seller.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by the Seller.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible, or by another mutually agreed method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Refusal of Return or Exchange
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if:
- the statutory return period has expired;
- the product shows signs of use;
- the original condition, packaging, labels, or completeness of the product has been altered;
- the product belongs to a category that is not eligible for return under applicable law.
